Planning a Visit or Tour?

Section 1

Upon entering the Republic, all persons must have their Hyeckian passport to show at the border in order to regain entry back into the Republic. If an individual is not a citizen of the Republic, they must follow the necessary Visa guidelines set out by the incumbent Government. Upon gaining a Visa for the Republic, the individual must bring their Macronational Passport, any Micronational Passports of which they may hold as well as their Visa documents.

 

Section 2

The establishment of Visa requirements comes under the Department of Foreign Affairs and Defence.

 

Section 3

If the Republic has established diplomatic relations which allow the freedom of movement of citizens of said nations, then the Government must follow said diplomatic relation document (see Article 12).

 

Section 4

Citizens of other nations which the Republic has established relations with permitting freedom of movement do not receive the same benefits as citizens of the Republic.

 

Section 5

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Defence have the right to detain and question individuals which may potentially pose threats to security.
