Citizenship and Living in Hyeck
Section 1
To receive all benefits of the Basic Law and Principles of the Republic of Hyeck, all persons must become citizens of the nation.
Section 2
No person shall become a citizen unless they are at least fourteen (14) years old, is able to read, write, speak the English language, are a current citizen of two (2) or more micronations, and are of a good moral disposition. Citizenship may also be received by new-born children of existing citizens.
Section 3
Applications for citizenship shall be the responsibility of the Committee of Citizenship.
This Committee shall be composed of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and three other members, who will have jurisdiction over all citizenship records and statistics. Members of the committee shall assume tenure of two (2) years and are appointed by the Secretary General.
Section 4
A person can reside in the Republic if the meet the relative visa requirements set out by the incumbent Government (see Article 6, Chapter 1).
