The flag was chosen by the Secretary General when Hyeck was founded, it is a copy of the flag of Mercia, an old English Kingdom. It was planned for the nation to adopt a new flag after a few months of operations. However, the flag was loved so much it remained the flag of Hyeck - and was called The Haig after Hyeck's first head of Government, Crawford Haig.
Meaning
The flag is reminiscent of Hyeck's proud Scottish roots. The blue of the flag represents the freedom in which Hyeckian's can enjoy. The yellow of the flag represents hope for a new, trustworthy nation.
